“Barrie has been absolutely excellent, and I would strongly recommend him to anyone considering or maintaining a heat pump system.
Our system is not a simple installation. It includes a Stiebel Eltron heat pump, separate heating circuits for the main house and annex, underfloor heating, domestic hot water cylinders, pumps, controls and pressure-related issues that have needed proper understanding rather than guesswork. Barrie has always taken the time to understand the system as a whole, diagnose problems carefully, and explain clearly what is going on.
What stands out most is his combination of technical expertise, reliability and patience. He is calm, thorough, practical and clearly very experienced with renewable heating systems.
It is very reassuring to have someone who understands the technology, cares about doing the job properly, and is willing to work through the details.”

Barrie was incredibly thorough, checking everything from the pressure gauge and mixing valves and suggested some slight alterations that would cut down the costs of running. £228 inc. VAT for the annual service — heat pump and cylinder, one visit, a photo report you keep. A care plan spreads it across the year instead.
Routine services run January to November — December is kept clear for breakdowns.
