Question 1

Can I join a care plan at any time of year?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Plans start whenever you join — you do not have to wait for a renewal date or the start of a service year.

Question 2

How do I sign up?

Accepted Answer

Book online. Pick your plan and the month your service is due. Your Direct Debit is set up as you pay, so there’s nothing else to arrange. If your service is due in the next 3 months, we’ll book it in and you pay for the service today at the standard rate of £228. Your monthly payments then start after your visit.

Question 3

Is Essential cheaper than paying one-off?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Essential is £18 a month, so £216 across the year, against £228 for the same annual service booked one-off.

Question 4

Do the plans include parts?

Accepted Answer

No. Plans are discounts on work, not free work. Parts and materials are charged as normal, and Plus and Premier take a percentage off them.

Question 5

What happens in December?

Accepted Answer

Nothing routine is booked in December — the diary is kept clear for systems that have stopped. Plus and Premier members pay no seasonal premium and get priority response. Non-members and Essential members pay £198 inc. VAT for the callout and first hour, with labour at time-and-a-quarter.

Question 6

Can I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Yes, with one month's notice. Cancellation fees apply within the first 12 months, and any completed work is payable in full.
